We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Corporate and M&A team in Bulgaria.

Our team advises local and international clients across a wide range of industries on strategic transactions, financing structures, and corporate matters. We support clients throughout the full business lifecycle, including legal due diligence, transaction execution, and regulatory approvals, with a strong focus on cross-border work and commercially driven solutions.

You will work on complex and high-profile matters in an international environment where legal excellence, commercial awareness, and strategic thinking go hand in hand.

How you’ll contribute

  • Advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including share and asset deals, joint ventures, and partnerships
  • Conducting legal due diligence and supporting transactions from structuring to closing
  • Drafting and negotiating SPAs, SHAs, JV agreements, commercial contracts, and restructuring documentation
  • Advising on corporate law, commercial matters, and corporate transformations
  • Managing client relationships, leading transaction workstreams, and mentoring junior team members

What matters to us

  • 5–8+ years of post-qualification experience in Corporate, Commercial and/or M&A
  • Strong experience with international-standard M&A transactions and complex commercial matters
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, combined with strong commercial judgment
  • A proactive, hands-on, and collaborative approach
  • Bulgarian or international law degree and admission to the Bulgarian Bar (or eligibility)
  • Excellent command of English; additional qualifications are an advantage
