Employment Associate (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Employment Associate to join our Warsaw office. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing legal advice to foreign and domestic entities on a vast spectrum of employment matters
  • Preparing legal documentation, drafting agreements, policies and regulations
  • Supporting clients in consultations with employees, as well as in relations with trade unions and works councils
  • Assisting clients in the process of preparing and implementing remuneration schemes
  • Advising foreign entities on the process of posting employees to work in Poland

Requirements

  • Bar Trainee (advocate, legal counsel or in the process of qualifications)
  • 1–4 years of experience in employment law (law firm experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge and interest in the areas of employment law and corporate law
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken); Polish fluency required
  • Strong analytical skills, logical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
