We are looking for Junior Associates to join our teams in Corporate, Banking & Finance and Data Protection.

You will work on engaging domestic and international matters ranging from company formations, due diligence reviews, and reorganisations to contract drafting, internal investigations, and innovative business models. From day one, you will collaborate closely with experienced lawyers and international teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You will work on a wide range of challenging matters where legal excellence, commercial awareness, and hands-on involvement go hand in hand.

How you’ll contribute

  • Supporting domestic and international matters across Corporate, Banking & Finance, and Data Protection
  • Assisting with company formations, due diligence reviews, reorganisations, and internal investigations
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documentation
  • Conducting legal research and contributing to practical, business-oriented solutions
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across jurisdictions and developing your legal and professional skills

What matters to us

  • Degree from a Slovenian University – Faculty of Law
  • Interest in or first experience with Corporate, Banking & Finance, and/or Data Protection matters
  • Strong academic background and excellent legal writing skills
  • Excellent command of Slovenian and English, both written and spoken
  • A responsible, organised, and detail-oriented working style
  • Flexibility, strong time management skills, and willingness to learn
  • Motivation to gain hands-on experience in an international law firm environment
