Litigation (Junior) Associate (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Litigation (Junior) Associate to join our Warsaw office. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and reviewing court pleadings, procedural motions, statements of claim, responses, and other litigation-related documents.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis on civil, commercial, and regulatory disputes under Polish and EU law.
  • Assisting in case strategy development, including assessing evidence, identifying legal risks, and proposing procedural steps.
  • Supporting senior lawyers during hearings, meetings, and settlement negotiations with opposing counsel and clients.
  • Coordinating evidence collection, including witness interviews, document reviews, and preparing exhibits for court proceedings.
  • Monitoring deadlines, court schedules, and procedural requirements to ensure full compliance with litigation rules.
  • Preparing case reports, summaries, and updates for internal teams and clients throughout the dispute resolution process.

The candidates should

  • Have graduated in law from a Polish university; Bar apprenticeship (1st year) welcome but not required.
  • Have an excellent command of both written and spoken Polish and English.
  • Have strong communication, analytical, team-work and logical thinking skills.
  • Be willing to learn.
