Our Corporate and M&A team in Bulgaria works with clients across a wide range of industries on their most important business challenges and opportunities. We combine strong international exposure with a practical, business-minded approach, helping clients move forward with confidence in a fast-moving and complex environment.

We are looking to welcome Associates who are curious, motivated and eager to grow in a dynamic setting. If you enjoy working at the intersection of law and business and take a hands-on, collaborative approach, you will feel right at home with us.

How you’ll contribute

  • Advising clients across a broad range of industries on corporate and M&A matters, including strategic planning, financing structures and transactions in an international environment
  • Supporting the full business lifecycle through legal due diligence, negotiation of transaction documents and securing regulatory approvals
  • Acting on both domestic and cross-border matters for local and international clients
  • Providing pragmatic, business-focused legal solutions and supporting Bulgarian clients in their international expansion

What matters to us

  • 1–5 years’ Corporate/M&A experience, ideally at a reputable international or local law firm
  • Experience with M&A transactions, due diligence, corporate documentation, and commercial agreements
  • Strong knowledge of Bulgarian and/or English corporate and commercial law, with excellent drafting skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and service-driven
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and sound judgement
  • Bulgarian or international law degree; Bulgarian Bar admission (or eligibility); excellent English
